Jim Holmes Insurance is a very good agency! They are very knowledgeable & seem to really value their clientele. I would’ve loved to have given them 5 stars, but there’s just a couple hiccups which I’ve experienced since being a customer. Their office is almost always very busy, understandably so because they’re very good, so often times I have had to wait a very long time to speak to an agent, even over the phone. Also, my name has been misspelled on my policy for over 2 years even though I’ve asked them to correct it a couple times. Other than those minor issues, I believe Jim Holmes Insurance agency is one of the most professional & personable businesses in Norman, & it’s always a refreshing delight to do business with them.
